THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE CREATION OF INTERACTIVE EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS DURING THE STUDY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES

In today's world, the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the educational process is becoming more and more necessary, especially in the context of learning foreign languages. Interactive educational materials created using AI not only improve the learning process, but also make it more flexible and accessible to a wide range of students. This is especially important in the conditions of digital transformation of educational systems, which makes this research topic very relevant for scientific and practical discussions.
The main goal of this study is the analysis of modern approaches to the use of AI for the creation of interactive educational materials in the field of foreign language learning. In addition, the objective includes an assessment of the benefits and challenges faced by educators and educational institutions in integrating these technologies into educational programs. It is also important to develop practical recommendations for improving existing tools to make the learning process more efficient and accessible.
To conduct this research, the methods of theoretical analysis of the literature on AI and its application in education were used, as well as an empirical approach based on the analysis of real examples of the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into educational programs. In particular, attention was paid to chatbots, adaptive learning platforms and systems of lexical and grammatical exercises.
The study showed that the use of AI in the process of learning foreign languages has a number of significant advantages, in particular, the possibility of personalizing the educational process, automating routine tasks and increasing the motivation of students due to interactivity. At the same time, the integration of AI faces certain challenges, such as technical barriers, lack of adequate training of teachers, as well as insufficient funding for the implementation of such technologies at the institutional level.
The use of artificial intelligence technologies in the teaching of foreign languages has great potential for the transformation of educational processes. However, in order to realize this potential, it is necessary to overcome the existing technical and institutional barriers. Educational institutions must provide comprehensive support for teachers and students, as well as adapt existing programs for more effective implementation of AI technologies.
